FOR MAC OSx LION
You need to open the terminal window on mac and type dscacheutil -flushcache and hit enter. This will simply clear the cached records of DNS from your mac and you’ll experience the faster internet speed.
To go to terminal windows follow this path :
Applications > Utilities > Terminal
